Our services
When we deliver your new TV, our delivery Partners can set it up for you and remove and recycle your existing one. Simply add both the Installation and Recycling Service options to your basket along with your new TV.
Devices and internet
We’ll connect your SMART TV to the internet so please have your WiFi log-in details and download relevant apps, like Sonos for a new soundbar connection. If your connection isn’t great, consider an additional WiFi solution.
Aerial and power
We’ll fit your new TV’s pedestal stand and connect it to your aerial and other devices like DVD players or gaming consoles. The aerial point and electrical power supply should be roughly one metre away from the TV.

TV stands
f you’ve bought a TV stand with an assembly service from us, we’ll build it at the same time we’re setting your TV up. If you’re using your own stand, have it ready.
